Queries sent to search partners
A name, location, or other term entered into a partner-operated search tool is transmitted to the provider that operates the tool. Lawrence County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those submitted search terms on its own systems. The provider’s own privacy notice and terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages and contact requests
If you send a message or other direct contact request, we may retain the information you provide so that we can respond and maintain the communication. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal process or otherwise required by law.
